(Asshuara’) 26 : 222
تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
They descend upon every sinful liar.
The Fujjar who doesn’t transform their Jinn soulmate into a believer with Adhikr will have Satan as their soulmate. Those Mujirims are the liars as explained in verse 10: 17. See explanation 7: 40-41; 9: 80-82 and 17: 64-65.
